FYH is continuing to save animal lives and find them forever homes during this difficult time. We are adapting to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic by adhering to national guidelines to protect the health and safety of its staff, the animals in its care, and the community.

We are a foster-based rescue so all of our dogs live in foster homes during the week then come out to our weekend adoption events. For more information about our adoption processes, please contact us at followyourheartfoundation@gmail.com

We reserve the right to place any of our dogs in their permanent and perfect home through pre-adoption prior to their scheduled release date.
