Project Embrace & Place
For some time now, Follow Your Heart Animal Rescue has been running a Courtesy Post program as a way to help safely rehome pets in the community when our fosters are full or otherwise unable to help. This program has evolved into Project Embrace & Place, which is designed to do everything Courtesy Post did and more. Through fundraising and donations, this project will safely rehome pets in the community, and can help provide vet care to deserving pet owners for their fur babies. All animals in this program will be brought up to date on the necessary vet care they need to be adopted responsibly, and this program will also help out in specific circumstances when good pet owners can't provide the vet care their pets need.
Meet Scooby Doo! He is a 4 year old black lab who is very affectionate and loves attention. He hasn’t had much training but he is very smart, and seems to learn quickly. He loves balls and toys and running around in the yard. Fetch is his favorite pass-time. He would be a wonderful companion for someone who loves big dogs where he can be your one and only and hog all of the attention.
The owners took him in from Mexico where he wasn’t being fed and was left in a small metal cage outside. They took him in to care for him and find him a wonderful new home. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines.

Faith Bleu is a 5 year old red nose, Staffordshire Pitbull. She is a very sweet, lovable dog who likes to play, run, jump, cuddle, and stay close at your side. She also loves to play in the water. Faith enjoys her walks and is receptive to commands and instructions to get down, be gentle, easy, wait, out, hugs, kisses, no..., bed. Faith is very good with humans of all ages; she doesn't care if a tail tug or tongue grab happens and loves to have her paws massaged and body stroked. Faith is the queen of her kingdom and needs to be the solo pet in the home. Faith was born 07/04/2014 and is house broken, neutered, chipped, and licensed. I have a kennel, leash, food ready for her new forever family.
