All of our adoptable dogs are listed below. Purchasing a dog online does not guarantee adoption. In-person adopters take priority, and availability may change. If a dog is no longer available for adoption, a full refund will be issued.

 

We are a foster-based rescue so all of our dogs live in foster homes during the week then come out to our weekend adoption events. For more information about our adoption processes, please contact us at followyourheartfoundation@gmail.com

We reserve the right to place any of our dogs in their permanent and perfect home through pre-adoption prior to their scheduled release date.
