& PLACE
For some time now, Follow Your Heart Animal Rescue has been running a Courtesy Post program as a way to help safely rehome pets in the community when our fosters are full or otherwise unable to help. This program has evolved into Project Embrace & Place, which is designed to do everything Courtesy Post did and more. Through fundraising and donations, this project will safely rehome pets in the community, and can help provide vet care to deserving pet owners for their fur babies. All animals in this program will be brought up to date on the necessary vet care they need to be adopted responsibly, and this program will also help out in specific circumstances when good pet owners can't provide the vet care their pets need.

Moose is a friendly rambunctious dog with lots of energy. He doesn’t know how big he is and just wants to be close to you. He needs training on leash he is a strong puller. With proper introduction he is great with dogs. Took 5 mins for him and my corgi to meet and be good. Takes commands very well (except on leash), very food motivated.
Moose hasn’t been around livestock but I really see the potential in him to do that job well.

He is very energetic and goofy he for some reason loves rocks if you through them like a ball and same for sticks. He does not really have a preference for treats except that e likes the bone shaped ones, the ones with the texture of a cookie. He likes bones for a chew toy and he also likes the rubber toys but those ones don’t usually last long.

Give this little guy a chance. He was wondering the streets in our community for about 10-14 days before wondering into our back yard (we feel like someone jumped this guy). That’s why we think it takes about a day for him to warm up, but after that you will have a life long best friend. He loves playing ball, playing chase in the back yard, and going for a walk. He doesn’t dig, chew things up, nor is he a barker. He REALLY is a GOOD dog. He will tug at you heart strings if given the chance. But, like I said, he is a little cautious and shy at first. After that, look out, you got a new best friend.
