"Lucy is an adorable 20-week-old mixed-breed girl looking for her forever home!
About Lucy:
•Mom is 39lbs, so Lucy will grow a bit bigger but likely stay on the smaller side of medium
•Very smart and highly food-motivated
•Already doing awesome with “sit” and learning stay, crate, and lay down
•Crate trained and sleeps through the night
Potty Training:
•Currently work in progress
•Pee Pad trained
•Can use doggy dog, but sometimes needs encouragement to do her “business” outside
Personality:
•Loves attention and being close to her people
•Will happily follow you around the house
•Enjoys snuggling on the couch after playtime
•Playful and energetic, especially with squeaky toys
Good With:
•Other dogs (currently with 3 small dogs)
•Cats (reported to do well!)
•Kids (great with ages 9 & 13)
oNote: still has puppy teeth, so toys help redirect chewing
Other Things to Know:
•Loves chew toys/puzzle toys/Kongs
•Will likely make a great walking or running companion once fully vaccinated and leash trained
•Needs a slow-feed bowl and scheduled meals (she LOVES food!)
