Foster/Volunteer of the Quarter
Fourth Quarter Foster/Volunteer Award
Congratulations to Emmalee Bray FYH First Quarter Foster/Volunteer Award winner for 2020. Emmalee has been a foster and volunteer for almost 3 years and never complains. She is a kind, loving and quiet person and takes great care of her foster animals. Emmalee is always willing to take in animals that need medical attention or need time to heal from injuries or their abusive past. She is generous with her heart and home to so many animals who need special care, multiple vet visits, and special meals.
Emmalee also helps us at the rescue by being the bridge foster for puppies with Parvo. These pups are well enough to leave the hospital but not ready for adoption. This is extremely important as it can be many weeks until they are ready to find their forever home. Instead of being stuck in a cage at the hospital and not contaminate other fosters home and pass on the virus, the puppy can play and run like a normal puppy should and get the supervision it needs to make sure it will be healthy for adoption. Thank you so much Emmalee for all you do to help us save dogs lives and be there when the animals need you. We are grateful you are on our FYH team. The board of director’s appreciates all you do.This award and gift card are sponsored by Colleen Kernaghan with Home Smart – Life by Design Arizona. Emmalee will receive a $100 gift card for her dedication and years of service. Thank you and we appreciate you!!
